Open proof requests

Somebody saw a photo carrying the Captilo label, found no published proof for it, and asked. Every ask is on this list — there is no private channel and no notification.

Captilo phones fetch this list and compare it against the proofs they already hold, entirely on the phone. That is why it is public: the server cannot tell which phone holds which photo, and it never learns. If the photographer still has the picture, their app offers to publish the proof, and the row here turns into a link. A request that nobody answers within 30 days expires.
